A directory sorted by intent rather than by the nature of the source: what are you trying to do, and for whom?

The directory itself is in French, and so are most of the resources it lists. An English-language directory would need its own sources rather than a translation of this one — that is a separate project.

Sorted by intent — grasp the basics, quantify and measure, cite an official source, teach or facilitate, take action, influence policy — rather than by the nature of the source. Two questions are enough to converge. Most listed resources are in French.
